It brings to reality the new paradigm of a leader who carries within values that nourish his authenticity and maturity allowing him to inspire himself and the world to bring forward the highest potential possible as individuals and groups.
Every leader for the world must first learn how to be a leader of his life. A leader can only inspire people to go as far as he or she has gone in life. It is fundamental for any individual to live his life with an overview and to have a clear vision of his own purpose.
Personal Leadership is a foundation for all other trainings, being this area the core of all other aspects of leadership in life.

The training is designed to have a committed circle of participants throughout the journey. This allows a quality of depth in the circle and a solid foundation for every new level we step into. New members may join up to the third seminar.
We meet twice a year for eight days. The first three and a half days are the Primal series of The Inner Freedom System. The second three and a half days are dedicated to developing the leadership tools.

An experience to discover what it takes to be a present, authentic and empowering leader. We will explore the foundations of Spiritual Leadership and learn valuable tools from an integrative perspective.
The seminar covers a comprehensive overview which includes; the power of being authentic, qualities of an authentic leader, leading by example(walk the talk), dynamics and invisible forces of human circles, the role of a circle keeper, vows for spiritual leadership, foundations of assertive help, communication skills, the circular theory for human evolution and integral spirituality.

Therapy is a fundamental service and service is a way of help and leadership, for which is essential to understand and comprehend what it really means to help. Most practitioners have a deep longing to help, but most times do not know really the foundations and laws underlying the authentic help we can give in private practices. No matter what is the method a practitioner uses, the foundations of authentic help and empowering are the same.
Every organization needs matured and awakened leaders. It is not a matter of knowing tools, it is a matter of evolution of the human potential. A leader can only inspire people to go as far as he or she has gone in life. Only with a strong core can a leader shine the light through change, innovation and traditions. No matter what is the area of an organization, even if it is a profit or non profit the foundations of leading a group and keeping a healthy environment are the same.
All teachers and educators are leaders whether they are aware of it or not. In a similar way as in Therapeutic Leadership, all educators must know and own ways to truly empower their students to awaken their potential. A teacher, a mentor learns to be invisible allowing the light to be on the path which their students are discovering. An authentic educator is a treasure hunter inside their students hearts and potentials, allowing them to find their own unique way to manifest their gifts and talents.
