Astrid is also a song writer, singer, multi-intrumentalist and writer. She offers small private concerts. You can find some of her musical work in most platforms under the name of her musical project Abumai.
Over the years she has developed various awakening experiences through seminars, programs, wilderness inmersion and trainings helping hundreds of people around the world find their own unique power and truth.
Astrid also supports various social and sustainable projects around the world. She is one of the three founders of the Intercultural Convergence, which has become a planetary movement for integration, diversity and co-creation for participants from all over the world.
Another core inspiration and guide have been nature and horses. Astrid grew up with great freedom and immersed in the natural world. She explored, discovered and developed her own way of deep connection with wilderness and the animal world. She guides four times a year free bonding with horses retreats in various parts of the world including France, Chile, Germany, Sweden and Hawaii.
She also offers various types of wilderness inmersions within her therapeutic programs and as complete experiences; as the Surrender Quest and journeys in the heart of the Andes mountains.
Astrid has had many teachers that have inspired her path and many relationships that have been her master. Her biggest inspiration is her beloved mother Ines for her devotional and unconditional presence and ability to express her love, her father Caupolicán for daring to be himself, her beloved daughter Gabriela for her strength and courage to follow the yes of the heart and her grandson Munay, whose divine presence is teaching her about a new quality of love and surrender.
Astrid has also been inspired by great women and men that surround her life. Above all, Astrid has the privilege to be inspired by simple people walking a path of love and compassion.

She has studied at Naropa University in Colorado, Catholic University of Chile, University of Chile, Tree of Life in Arizona, Inspiration University in Virginia, School of Physical Therapy, Musictherapy and Art therapy. She has studied at the Toltec Circle in Mexico, White Owl school of wisdom in the US, Pranayen Training Programs, Tree of Life School in Arizona, Spiritual Purification Program in the RBI, Biodanza School of Santiago de Chile, Creative Health Institute in Michigan, Hippocrates Institute in Florida and more.
Astrid Brinck is a contemporary teacher, methodology and curriculum designer, experience-based educational curator, educator, individual and organizational mentor, inspirational speaker and systemic therapist. Her work bridges the traditional and non-traditional perspectives for the thriving of human relationships, organizations and self mastery.
Astrid is the founder of the Inner Freedom Process and director of Inner Freedom Institute, which provides experience-based educational programs and conscious consulting for organizations and individuals in Scandinavia, Europe, the United States and Latin America. She is also the founder and supporter of multiple Conscious Leadership trainings.
Astrid has done extensive research for over twenty years about Belonging and its impact in organizations, families. She has also studied in depth the wisdom behind the cycles in nature and its relation with the process of maturity of the human heart. Based on this research and experience, Astrid has developed the ‘Inner Freedom Process’, a unique journey for self mastery and emerging leadership for organizations.
Astrid has also done extensive research in various areas of human development, creating a unique and powerful synthesis in her work that integrates Transpersonal Psychology, Sociology, Systemic Theories, Leadership, Coaching, Aboriginal Wisdom, Wilderness Therapy, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Dance Therapies, Breathwork, Family Order, Empowering Communication, Nutrition, Rites of Passage, Neuroscience, Meditation and other embodied practices.
